Nucci Consulting Group is an extraordinary boutique consulting firm that exclusively serves the asset management industry and specializes in building high performance organizations through team lift-outs and retained executive search. 

Founded in 1996, Nucci Consulting Group has developed an international reputation as one of two international lift-out specialists and is sought out for their expertise in the institutional asset management industry.  A start-up expert and visionary, Nucci initiated her first lift-out in 1990 which served as the platform for her first independent privately owned organization.    A pioneer, Nucci quickly established the company as the industry’s leading innovator, created new industry standards and services with record profit margins. The company was sold just five years later to the industry giant.

Ev Nucci, founder of  Nucci Consulting Group, established her reputation as a start-up expert during her years at Johnson & Johnson where she ultimately ran fifteen operating companies. Nucci went onto to build another start-up for Baxter, Int., where she initiated her first lift-out. Nucci then served as CEO and founder of her first company by raising $2.5 million in operating capital.  After selling her first company, Nucci subsequently served as CEO of another start-up before founding Nucci Consulting Group (NCG).  Capitalizing on her success in building businesses, NCG was established to bring vision,  integrity, and expertise to the business of building high performance organizations through lift-outs and retained executive search.   

Because we are entrepreneurial to the core, passionate about our clients and our work, uncompromising in our integrity, and futuristic in our strategy, we have restricted our client base over the last two years to organizations where the Chairman/CEO/President/Vice Chairman have synergy with our culture, vision and integrity---all critical components in building successful long term strategic partnerships. Who a company is starts at the very top—and trickles down the organizational chart. We view our  relationships with our clients similar to a marriage—just as one should view their career and employer. Sometimes, irrelevant of what you do or don’t do—-it is just not the right fit. And unfortunately the situation may lead to a separation or divorce. Divorce may be unpleasant, but denial is much more devastating.
