Nucci Consulting Group privacy and confidentiality standards are unparalled within the industry. Protecting our client’s reputation and confidentilaity is our primary concern and one of the foundations upon which our firm was founded. We believe candidate authenticity requires excessive confidentiality. We refuse to communicate with the press any information regarding our clients and candidates.

Our commitment is to provide innovative, creative, strategic and fiscally prudent recommendations. We provide our clients with original and extensive industry research to facilitate optimal solutions for our client’s concerns.

Consistent communication is critical in ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients and candidates. In many cases, daily communication may be required for a period of time.

We provide our clients with comprehensive unbiased analysis and communicate issues we discover during the course of our due diligence. Our candid assessment of our capability to perform the services our client has requested is a fundamental precept in our code of conduct.

Unparalled within the industry, we guarantee our services for a period of 24 months, unless there has been a change in management. We pledge to re-activate our services for no professional fee, with the client responsible for any additional expenses related to re-activating the search. We continue communications with the successful candidate for a minimum of 24 months from the date of hire.   In addition, we pledge to never recruit from any of our clients.
